Important news - club closed from Sep 2019

Please note that unfortunately the club is closing and this is for the foreseeable future.
It is with regret that we are forced to close. This is due to the level of support that is required to run the club, where our existing volunteers have become increasingly stretched with other commitments. Please be aware that this is not a decision that has been taken lightly and we have explored a number of other options, without success.
Please note for those that want to continue to play table tennis at a local club then Tom Scard may be able to help at Chalke Valley table tennis club. For details, please contact Tom direct to find out more. Tom's email is

Urgent! Your club needs you... Request for help and volunteers please

Our club is run by volunteers and we rely on those volunteers to keep the club going. We are always on the look out for further help so if you would like to help out, or you know of anyone, that can help support the club, please do come forward. This could be with the running of the club, general support such as setting-up / admin duties and / or to help with coaching.

We urgently need new volunteers and helpers to step forward to keep your club going. A few of our volunteers have had to step down recently due to other commitments so please come forward if you can. We need coaches, helpers, project managers, support with finance and people to help run the club by sitting on the committee (e.g. Treasurer). These can be very light touch roles. We're particularly keen to hear from parents who could support.

Thank you.
