Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, the school hall is closed for two weeks so there will be NO TABLE TENNIS on 17 or 24 June.
We will resume as normal when the school reopens - first session back will be Mon 1 July. Usual start time of 6:30pm.
Please note that we start back again on Monday 29th April and are working to a 11-week term which goes through to 22nd July 2019 as our last week.
Also please note we have new times starting at 6:30 pm and finishing at 8:30 pm as of this coming Monday.
We're are closed on 6th May (Early May Bank Holiday) and 27th May (Spring Bank Holiday and half term week) and generally the Table Tennis club follows the school term time calendar.
Please note that generally the Table Tennis club follows the school term time calendar.
We are open for table tennis, during term time (unless otherwise specified), on Monday's at the following times:
|Monday||18:30 - 20:30|
Please do remember to help us by making sure you sign IN and OUT at every session on the register sheets and also to check the details we have listed for you.
Also please do help to assemble and put away tables and nets at the start and end of each session, although do be careful when handling tables. Please don’t start playing at the start of a session until all tables set-up.
To ensure continuity to pay for the hall hire, balls, nets, etc. we do need to collect ongoing fees and it’s been agreed that this to be done on a termly basis. That is, please set up bank transfer/s on the following basis:
This is for the new 13-week term and is equivalent to £2 a session for ‘18 and under’ and £3 a session for adults.
Please make payment as and when you can.
For any new-comer the first session is to be free so you can assess interest and to avoid having to handle cash at the sessions. Thereafter, if you are new and interested to continue, please then arrange to make a pro rata payment for the remainder of a term. For example, if there are 6 weeks left then please pay £12 for any 18 and unders (6 weeks at £2) or £18 if you are an adult i.e. 6 weeks at £3.
Please note that payment is to be by electronic means only i.e. bank transfer. Therefore appreciate that you set-up all payments as online bank transfers and place any references as your name.
